First of all, it is abundantly

damage to the body which leads to ill-health and sickness. Perhaps, it is

only after having appropriate food. This can produce a lot of energy, which is
a must in today’s hectic routine.
I used to consume a lot of

as my body was always aching. I faced many diseases before dieting; Then, I
spent money for a diet with a doctor to transform my lifestyle and get healthy.
That is the story of my diet and I have some experience in that, and I got
healthy step by step.
In conclusion, I think that diet is
critical to our physical wellbeing. There are many other factors to keep our
body out of sickness. Therefore, we should utilize the synergy of all these
factors to lead a healthy life and have a better lifestyle.
